The OTSW100 from Otava is an SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It has a switching time of 175 ns and a settling time of 500 ns with a control voltage requirement of +/- 2.5 V. This voltage-controlled switch provides an isolation of more than 35 dB and has an insertion of less than 1.5 dB. It uses Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology and is available as a bare die that measures 2.546 x 2.161 mm and is ideal for use in aerospace & defense, wireless infrastructure, satellite communication, instrumentation, and automotive applications.
