The OTSW101 from Otava is an SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It uses Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology and has an insertion of less than 1.5 dB with isolation of more than 35 dB. The switch has a switching time of 175 ns and a settling time of 500 ns. It has an IIP3 of more than 40 dB making it great for high linearity applications. This switch is available as a bare die that measures 1.634 x 1.637 mm. The small form factor allows it to be used in space-constrained applications such as millimeter-wave phased arrays. This switch is ideal for use in aerospace & defense, wireless infrastructure, satellite communication, instrumentation, and automotive applications.
