The QPC6041 from Qorvo is an SP4T Reflective Switch that operates from 0.5 to 8 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.48 dB, a switching speed of less than 353 ns and provides an isolation of 30 dB between RF ports. The switch provides an excellent linearity making it ideal for use in cellular base-stations. It requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 5.5 V and draws 0.099 mA of current. The QPC6041 is available in a 14-pin LGA package that measures 1.90 x 1.90 x 0.38 mm and is suitable for cellular BTS, post PA switching and other general purpose switching applications.
