The SKY19244-686LF from Skyworks is an SP3T antenna tuning switch that operates from 0.1 to 2.7 GHz. This switch has high linearity and low insertion loss. It can handle 42 dBm of power and 39 Volts of peak voltage. Switching is controlled by an integrated GPIO interface with three control pins. Depending on the logic voltage level applied to the control pins, the antenna port can be either connected to one of the three switched RF outputs or to multiple predefined outputs simultaneously, while the other RF ports are in isolation state to antenna port. No external DC blocking capacitors are required as long as no DC voltage is applied on any RF path. It is available in a compact 10-pin, 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.5 mm QFN package that meets requirements for board-level assembly. This switch is ideal for antenna tuning, Impedance tuning and band switching.
