The TS7541L from Tagore Technology is a Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 30 to 1200 MHz. It can handle up to 46 dBm of input power, has an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB, and provides isolation of up to 43 dB. It has a switching speed of 2 ms. The switch requires a supply voltage of 2.6 to 5.5 V, consumes up to 200 mA of current. It is available in a 32-pin surface mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 x 0.8 mm and is suitable for use in private mobile radio handsets, public safety handsets, cellular infrastructure, and small cell applications.
