The SW-S200-5S from UMCC is an SP5T Reflective PIN Diode Switch that operates from 2 to 18 GHz with 3-Bit binary control and an integrated TTL driver. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.4 dB and provides more than 60 dB of isolation. The switch can handle up to 24 dBm of CW input power, 10 W of peak power and has a switching speed of less than 60 ns. It requires a supply voltage of -12 / +5 V and follows MIL-STD-202F constructional standards. The SW-S200-5S is available in a module that measures 38.1 x 38.1 x 10.2 mm with SMA Female connectors.
