The AXLE145HF from AXTAL is high stability TCXO that operates from 60 to 150 MHz. This TCXO requires a 3.3 V supply voltage and provides a Sine Wave or (LV) HCMOS Output waveform with the stability of ±0.05 ppm. It has a phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz and low-G sensitivity. The TCXO is available in a compact surface-mount package that measures 14.4 x 9.5 x 6.5 mm.
