The MultiVolt™ ECS-TXO-20CSMV4 Series from ECS are Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO) with a frequency range of 10 to 52 MHz. These analog compensated TCXOs provide a clipped sinewave output with a stability over temperature of ±0.5 ppm (-40°C to +85°C). They are compatible with DC supplies from 1.7 to 3.6 V or on a static supply of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. These TCXOs have a high refresh rate, or frequency calibration rate, to maintain a linear frequency output during temperature compensation. The oscillators are available in ceramic surface-mount packages that measure 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.8 mm and are ideal for precision applications in GPS/GNSS, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, IoT, and wearable segments.
