The T1276 from Greenray is a Radiation-Tolerant TCXO that operates from 2.5 to 120 MHz. It has a CMOS/Sine-wave output with a phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz (@ 10 Hz offset at 20 MHz). This oscillator has an acceleration sensitivity of less than 0.07 ppb/g and frequency stability of ±0.3 ppm from 0°C to +50°C. It requires a DC supply of 3.3/5 V and consumes less than 35 mA of current. The TCXO is available in a rugged, hermetic, radiation-tolerant 24-pin DIP package that measures 20.3 x 12.7 mm and is ideal for use in high orbit transponders, and low orbit satellites (nano/microsatellites), RF telemetry systems, multiband terminals, and in upconverters. It also has the option of MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S screening.
