The T1282 Series from Greenray Industries are Radiation Tolerant TCXOs with a nominal frequency from 40 MHz to 100 MHz. They have ultra-low acceleration sensitivity for reliable phase noise performance in high-vibration and shock-sensitive applications. A precision thermistor network provides temperature compensation insensitive to radiation - and can handle up to 50 krad (Si) total ionizing dose. This low-g Sensitivity TCXO is available in a rugged package that measures 17.5 mm sq. It requires a VDC supply from 3.3 to 5 V and provides a Square wave or CMOS output. This TCXO is ideal for a wide range of applications including high-orbit transponders, LEO satellites, RF telemetry systems, and multi-band terminals.
