The IQXT-350 series from IDQ are Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO) available in four standard frequencies; 19.2, 26, 38.4 and 52 MHz. They operate at 1.8 V with a maximum current consumption of only 1.7 mA and have a clipped sinewave output with 10 kO//10pF drive capability. The TCXO's have a start-up time of up to 2 ms, a harmonic distortion of below -5.0 dBc and a phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz. They are available in ultra-miniature 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.45 mm hermetically sealed ceramic packages. The low power and ultra-miniature footprint of both designs makes these new models ideal for GPS, IoT, Wearables, Wi-Max and Wireless Communications applications. The 26 & 52 MHz parts are available with an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees C whilst the 19.2 & 38.4 MHz operate over -30 to +85 degrees C.
