The UCG4 Series from Pletronics are TCXOs with frequencies from 10 to 40 MHz. They have an optional voltage control function with a voltage control range of 0.30-2.50 V. These TCXOs provide a clipped sine wave output with a phase noise of less than -145 dBc/Hz and a start-up time of less than 10 ms. They require a DC supply from 1.8 to 3.3 V and consume less than 3 mA of current. These oscillators are available in LCC ceramic packages that measure 2.05 x 1.65 x 0.70 mm and are ideal for GPS, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, Wi-LAN, handsets, broadband access, point-to-point radios, seismic exploration, wireless communications, base stations, and test equipment applications.
