The QT8220 Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Space-Qualified Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) that operate from 20 to 100 MHz. They are designed to provide significant Size, Weight, & Power (SWaP) advantages compared to traditional single output TCXOs and can withstand high radiation tolerance. These TCXOs provide up to 4 CMOS output waveforms with a phase noise of less than -130 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset).
The QT8220 Series TCXOs offer frequency stability options ranging from ± 0.5 to ± 10 ppm with a frequency adjustment range of +/-3 ppm. They require a DC supply of 3.3/5 V and consume less than 60 mA of current. These TCXOs are available in hermetically-sealed 32-pin flatpack package measuring 1.015 x 1.015 mm. They are screened and tested according to the MIL-PRF-55310 standard.
