The QT826 from Q-Tech Corporation is a Space-Qualified Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 10 to 350 MHz. It provides a sinewave output with a phase noise of -146 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset) and a frequency stability of ±10 ppm. This TCXO is a Class 2 hybrid solution that can tolerate radiation levels of 100 kRad (Si) according to MIL-PRF-55310 military standard. It exhibits low phase noise and jitter and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This oscillator requires a DC supply of 15 V. It is available in a hermetically-sealed ESD package and is ideal for radiation-tolerant applications.
