The RIT2016C from Rakon is a 1.2 V, 0.5 ppm TCXO which operates from 19 to 40 MHz. Its low supply voltage reduces power consumption with the additional benefit of the enable-disable mode to deliver better power management. It has a frequency versus temperature stability of ±0.5 ppm over -40 to 85°C, a low start up drift rate and greater than ±1ppm/year of stability. The TCXO is ideally suited for smart meters, PND, smart phones, tablets, GPS and fitness watches. It is available in the small form factor measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm.
