The SiT7910 from SiTime is a Super-TCXO that operates at 32.768 kHz. It produces an LVCMOS output with a frequency stability of ±0.2 ppm (from -55°C to +105°C). This MEMS based oscillator has an RMS phase jitter of 2 ns and a g-sensitivity of 20 ppb/g. It requires a DC supply from 1.62 to 3.63 V and consumes 6 µA of current. It is designed for pulse-per-second (pps) timekeeping in aerospace, defense, and other applications that operate in harsh environments. This super TCXO is available in a ceramic package that measures 2.5 x 2.0 mm. It is ideal for use in GNSS receivers and enables GNSS lock within seconds to provide accurate and faster timing and location data.
The SiT7910 is also suitable for use in aerospace, defense, and other applications like pulse-per-second (PPS) timekeeping, RTC reference clock, GPS/GNSS modules, defense & aerospace, land mobile radio, audio and processor clocking in portable navigation devices (PND), vehicle comms/telemetry and airborne communications.
