The SST75C Series from SUNTSU are CMOS-based Voltage Controlled TCXOs that operate from 5 to 26 MHz. They have a frequency stability of ±0.28 ppm (vs operating temperature), a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset and pullability from ±5 to ±8 ppm. These oscillators have a rise/fall time of less than 5 ns and start-up time of less than 2 ms. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5 V and consume 6 mA of current. These TCXOs are available in ceramic 10-pad surface mount, tape and reel package that measures 7 x 5 mm and are suitable base stations, stratum 3, and small cell applications.
