The IQgig-5G (Model B) from LitePoint is a Fully Integrated mmWave Test System for 5G NR user equipment (UE) and small cell testing from 23 to 45 GHz. It is available in a single box with all signal generation, analysis, processing, and RF front-end switching self-contained inside a single chassis for simple set-up, use and maintenance. This test system includes support for RF calibration, antenna measurements, beamforming characterization and beam verification. It has four bi-directional sources and measurement ports each with a 2.4 mm coaxial connector interface which allows both horizontal and vertical antenna polarization testing from a single coaxial interface. The simple interfacing enables flexibility when integrating the test system to a device test application and allows multi-DUT testing and simultaneous verification of transmit and receive paths. This system provides a fast path from R&D to DVT to manufacturing with efficient re-use of test scripts and calibration algorithms with a simple and efficient tester set up.
The IQgig-5G includes intuitive GUI for easy setup, custom test flow and optimization. It features flexible software architecture for integration and correlation of measurements results from lab to factory floor. This test system comes with IQfact5G calibration and verification software which enables extensive and faster data logging and analysis. Advanced software application supports leading-edge functions such as chamber calibration & control, data collection, analysis and antenna pattern measurements.
