The ADMV8420 is a tunable MMIC band-pass filter with a passband from 9.75 to 22 GHz. The filter has a 3 dB bandwidth of approximately 20% of the center frequency. The center frequency (fc) of the filter can be varied between 11 and 20 GHz by applying a tuning voltage from 0 V to 15 V. The filter provides a rejection of more than 20 dB above and below the pass band. It is available in a 24-lead LFCSP package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is suitable for test and measurement equipment, military radar, electronic warfare, and video satellite (VSAT) communications applications.
