The OTFL101 from Otava is a Digitally Tunable Bandpass Filter with a frequency tuning range from 2.5 to 7.5 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 7 dB and an instantaneous bandwidth of 1 GHz. The filter is based on SOI technology and is a single-chip replacement for discrete filter banks. It requires a DC supply of 1.8/2.5 V and consumes under 10 uA of current. The filter is suitable for systems that need to remove spurs or unwanted signals/interferences in radio communication, military radar, automotive and instrumentation applications.
