The OTFL301 from Otava is a Digitally Tunable Bandpass Filter with a frequency tuning range from 24 to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 7 dB and provides an IIP3 of 40 dBm. The filter is based on SOI technology and is a single-chip replacement for discrete filter banks. It requires a DC supply of 1.8/2.5 V and consumes under 10 uA of current.
