ADMV1013S Image

The ADMV1013S is a wideband, microwave upconverter that accepts an input IF frequency of 0.8 to 6 GHz and upconverts it to an RF frequency from 24 to 44 GHz. The upconverter has 2 upconversion modes - direct conversion from baseband I/Q to RF and single-sideband (SSB) upconversion from real IF. The serial port interface (SPI) allows adjustment of the quadrature phase and mixer gate voltage to allow optimum sideband suppression and local oscillator (LO) nulling. The SPI interface also allows powering down the output envelope detector to reduce power consumption. This wideband upconverter is available in a 40-terminal LGA package that measures 6 x 6 mm. It is ideal for point-to-point microwave radios, radar, electronic warfare systems, and low & medium earth orbit (LEO/MEO) applications.
