The 101765-320-A from Microchip Technology is a Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator that operates at 320 MHz. This SAW oscillator is a high-Q Quartz device that enables the circuit to achieve very low phase noise in a rugged package. It produces a single-ended sinewave output with a phase noise of -166 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset) and an RF output power of +18.5 dBm.
