The 101765-400-B from Microchip Technology is a Voltage-Controlled SAW Oscillator (VCSO) that operates at 400 MHz. This SAW oscillator is a high-Q Quartz device that enables the circuit to achieve very low phase noise in a rugged package. It provides Sinewave output waveforms with a phase noise of 157 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset) and a frequency stability of ±70 ppm. This RoHS-compliant VCSO requires a DC supply from 5 to 15 V. It is available in a hermetically-sealed surface-mount package that measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.2 inches. 

The 101765-400-B is ideal for radar, test and measurement, and high-reliability applications. This oscillator has an EAR 3a001.b.10 export classification and is available with optional Mil–Prf–38534 screening.
