The AXLE145HF from AXTAL is a VCTCXO that operates from 60 to 150 MHz with a control voltage from -0.5 to 6 V. It provides Sine Wave/(LV)HCMOS output and has frequency stability of up to ±5 ppm over a temperature range from -55 to +105°C. The oscillator has a phase noise of up to -180 dBc/Hz at a 100 MHz offset, a spurious of -80 dBc and has a rise/fall time of 5 ns. It requires a supply voltage of 3.3/5.0 V and consumes up to 50 mA of current. The device is available as a 6-pin surface mount package that measures 9.5 x 14.4 mm.
