The N623 series from Green ray Industries is a VCXO with 100 MHz oscillation frequency. This VCXO provides a phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz (@ 100 Hz offset) and has a stability of ±15ppm while operating from -40 to 85 degrees celsius. The oscillator provides low g-sensitivity performance, requires a supply voltage of 5 V and provides a Sinewave output. It is available in an SMD package that measures 9.1 x 14.2 mm. This VCXO is RoHS compliant and follows random vibration per MIL-STD-202, Method 204 and shock per MIL-STD-202, Method 213 regulations.
