The ME7838EX from Anritsu is a 2-Port Broadband VNA System that operates from 70 kHz to 110 GHz. It has a 109 dB dynamic range at 110 GHz and offers excellent noise floor performance for high-sensitivity measurements across the entire sweep range. The VNA utilizes Anritsu's Nonlinear Transmission Line (NLTL) technology. It offers excellent measurement stability with a significantly longer time between calibrations for accurate measurements to enhance productivity.
The ME7838EX provides unprecedented broadband coverage from 70 kHz to 110 GHz in a single sweep and is optimized for on-wafer measurements utilizing the TITAN T220 probe via MPI interface. The VNA is available with or without a verification kit, calibration kit and is suitable for research institutes exploring new technologies and system designs, manufacturers, institutes, and universities designing and developing silicon photonic solutions, and universities investigating emerging communications technologies.
