The MS2038C from Anritsu is a handheld combination analyzer with a vector network analyzer from 5 kHz to 20 GHz and spectrum snalyzer from 9 kHz to 20 GHz. It offers 12-term error correction algorithm in a handheld VNA and has a typical measurement speed of 350 microsec per point. Using a 3-receiver architecture, it can measure and display all 4 S-parameters at once with a single connection to the DUT. The MS2038C is ideally suited for tuning filters in the field, where multiple S-parameters often interact during tuning.
