The PXIe-S5090 from Copper Mountain Technologies is a 2-Port Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) that operates from 300 kHz to 9 GHz. It can measure all S-parameters (S11, S21, S12, and S22) and has a measurement bandwidth from 1 Hz to 1 MHz. This analyzer delivers metrology-grade performance and speed to National Instruments’ PXI system. It has a frequency resolution of 1 Hz, a dynamic range of 140 dB, and a noise floor of -120 dBm/Hz (from 300 kHz to 1 MHz). The VNA is engineered for quick first measurement and also for high-performance automation with fast test times. It includes premium features such as Time-Domain Measurements and Gating.

The PXIe-S5090 is available in a chassis that measures 221 x 129 x 20 mm with 3.5 mm (female) connectors. It requires a DC supply of 3.3/12 V and consumes 1.5 A of current.
