The SN0916 Series from Copper Mountain Technologies are Multiport VNAs that operate from 300 kHz to 9 GHz. They are available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16-port configurations and can measure all S-parameters. These VNAs have a dynamic range of 140 dB and an output power adjustment range of -45 to +10 dBm. They have a measurement speed of 24 μs and 2 to 500,001 measurement points per sweep. These VNAs have a measurement speed of 24 μs and a noise floor of less than -138 dBm/Hz.
The SN0916 Series VNAs are calibrated automatically using precision calibration methods and include time domain and gating conversion.
