The SN0916 from Copper Mountain Technologies is a 16-Port VNA that operates from 300 kHz to 9 GHz. It is also available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 port configurations. This VNA can measure all S-parameters. It has a measurement speed of 24 μs and 2 to 500,001 measurement points per sweep. This VNA has a dynamic range of 140 dB and an output power adjustment range of -45 to +10 dBm with a noise floor of less than -138 dBm/Hz.
The SN0916 is calibrated automatically using precision calibration methods and includes time domain and gating conversion. It support sweep types like linear frequency, log frequency, segment, and power sweep. The VNA can be used for dependable and accurate testing of various DUTs: multiport antennas, integrated circuits, switches, interconnects, cable assemblies, diplexers, etc.
This VNAs can be controlled via a USB 2.0 interface. It is available in a 19” rack mount module that measures 436 x 425 x 96 mm and has BNC male connectors.
