The R&S ZNL Series from Rohde & Schwarz are two-port Vector Network Analyzers that operate from 5 kHz to 20 GHz. They provide excellent performance with a dynamic range up to 130 dB and output power range from -40 dBm to +3 dBm. The standard features include embedding/de-embedding, fixture compensation, time-domain measurements, and support of automatic calibration units. They are well suited for various RF component measurement applications in industrial electronics, EMC labs, and wireless communications.
The analyzers have a resolution of 1 Hz and a large 10.1" WXGA touchscreen that makes measuring fast and simple. The touchscreen allows users to readily set the center frequency and reference level and zoom the span or amplitude measurement range. They are available as benchtop instruments that measure 408 x 235 mm with the portability of handheld instruments. The VNAs weigh from 6 to 8 kg with a carrying handle and optional battery.
The VNAs can be equipped with full-spectrum analyzer hardware. When combined with an R&S NRP power sensor, they turn into a power meter. In this way, the R&S ZNL becomes a true 3 in-1 allrounder that can handle continually changing measurement tasks, helping research and service labs to reduce investment costs.
