The T3VNA1500 from Teledyne LeCroy is a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) that operates from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz. This VNA has a resolution bandwidth of 1 Hz to 1 MHz and an amplitude accuracy of less than 1.2 dB. The analyzer has a phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz @10 kHz offset and provides a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -156 dBm/Hz.
The T3VNA1500 also has an integrated spectrum analyzer. It features enhanced measurement capabilities, including optional EMI Receiver Measurements, Digital Modulation Analysis function of ASK, FSK, MSK, PSK, QAM, and Analog Modulation Analysis function of AM and FM kits. This VNA also offers built-in advanced measurement capability (CHP, ACPR, OBW, CNR, TOI, etc) along with the distance to fault options and calibration. It is available in a module that measures 10.1 inches with a Wide Video Graphics Array (WVGA) (1024 x 600) display. It is suitable for mobile, automotive, communications, defence, and manufacturing applications.
