The DW-2 from Spacek Labs is an RF Detector that operates from 75 to 110 GHz. It provides a cost-effective way of measuring power in the W-band spectrum and can be used as a fast data rate receiver. This detector has a bandwidth of up to 3 GHz at the 3 dB point into a 50 Ohm load. Using a 10 mega ohm load the sensitivity is 1500 mV/mW at -20 dBm input power. It has a flatness ±2 dB with a typical tangential sensitivity of -45 dBm in a 1 MHz video bandwidth. The detector is available with positive (P) or negative (N) output polarity. It is available in a compact and rugged module that measures 0.78 x 0.8 x 0.9 inches and has a WR-10 (UG387/U Mod) input interface and an SMA-female output connector.
