The 312F from ACST GmbH is a Sub-Harmonic Waveguide Mixer that operates from 220 to 330 GHz (RF input) and 110 to 165 GHz (LO input). It can handle an LO input power of +9 dBm and an RF input power of up to -10 dBm. This mixer produces an IF output frequency of 0-40 GHz and has a DSB conversion loss of 8 dB. It is based on ACST Schottky mixer technology and can be combined with full-band LOs to build a full-band heterodyne receiver. This mixer is available in a Gold-plated brass housing that measures 20.0 x 22.0 x 31.5 mm and has a WR-6.5 Waveguide Interface at the LO input, a WR-3.4 waveguide interface at the RF input & a K-type connector at the IF output. It is ideal for laboratory instrumentation, mm-wave FMCW-radar, active imaging, 5G telecommunications, and mm/Submm heterodyne receiver applications.
