The HWMX10-SFW from Hasco is a Waveguide Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency range from 75 to 110 GHz and an IF frequency range from 0.1 to 10 GHz. It requires an LO drive power of 10 dBm and provides a conversion loss of 9.5 dB with an LO to IF isolation of 20 dB. This mixer utilizes the best performance GaAs Schottky beam-lead diodes, and it can be used both as an up-converter or down-converter. It is available in a gold-plated aluminium module that measures 1.089 x 0.75 x 0.75 inches and has a WR-10 waveguide interface for the RF / LO port and an SMA connector at the IF port.
