The 920 Series from Mi-Wave are Harmonic Mixers used to downconvert millimeter wave signals using a Schottky barrier mixer diode. They have an RF frequency from 140 to 220 GHz and an LO frequency range from 2 to 20 GHz. These mixers have a conversion loss of 10 dB and an LO power of 10 dBm. They have a flexible bias voltage and are available with a WR-05 Waveguide interface at the RF port, UG-387/U-M Flange and SMA- Female connectors at IF/LO ports. The 920 Series of mixers are ideal for 5G & 6G, Test & Measurement, Mobile & Satellite Communications, Radar Systems Weather & Earth Observation applications.
