The M28H2KS from OML is an extended Ka-band, sub-harmonic pumped mixer with an RF/LO frequency range from 24 to 40 GHz and LO/IF frequency range from DC to 20 GHz. This 2-port mixer has a conversion loss of 10 dB and a nominal LO drive power level of 13 dBm. A diplexer is needed to separate the LO frequencies and IF frequencies at the LO/IF common port.
This RoHS-compliant mixer is available in a module that measures 21.0 x 19.1 x 6.4 mm with SMA female connectors and is ideal for use in radars, test and measurement, and communication applications.
