The QMH Series from QuinStar Technology are RF Mixers available in multiple frequency configurations from 18 GHz to 110 GHz. They have a waveguide interface at one end and an SMA Jack interface at the other end. The waveguide size can be selected based on the frequency band of interest. The mixers have a typical LO power range from 6 to 13 dBm and a conversion loss of less than 40 dB. These mixers can detect a signal as low as -95 dBm.
