The WR229 Series from Logus Microwave is a range of waveguide switches that operate from 3.3 to 4.9 GHz. They have an isolation of 80 dB min, an insertion loss of 0.02 dB and can handle up to 45 KW of CW power. They have a switching speed of 200 mS max and require a supply of 48 VDC.
