The HSWM22801-351 from Renaissance Electronics Corporation is a Non-Reflective SPDT Switch MMIC that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 10 W (~40 dBm) and has an insertion loss of less than 3.1 dB. The switch supports TTL control, has a switching speed of 30 ns and provides more than 38 dB of isolation.
