The ATM33 Series from Atmosic Technologies are Bluetooth LE 5.3 Wireless SoCs that are designed for Industrial, enterprise, healthcare, home and personal applications. They have on-chip RF energy harvesting and support photovoltaic, thermal, motion and other energy harvesting technologies via an external harvesting/storage interface.
The chipsets deliver a data rate of up to 2 Mbps and support Bluetooth Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) and Angle-of-Departure (AoD) direction-finding. These modules have an integrated Bluetooth 5.2 compliant radio with ARM Cortex M33F application processor, 128 KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 64 KB Read-Only Memory (ROM) and 512 KB non-volatile memory (NVM). They have state-of-the-art power management to enable maximum lifetime in battery-operated devices.
These modules have ARM TrustZone enabled security features like HW root of trust, secure boot, secure execution & debug, encryption/cryptographic hardware accelerators and a True random number generator (TRNG).
The ATM33 Series modules are available in a 56-pin QFN packages that measure 7 x 7 mm and are ideal for industrial IoT sensors, remote monitors, health monitors, sports & fitness, advanced home automation, advanced remote control, human interface devices (HID), entertainment, gaming and advanced wearables applications.
