The CYW43362 from Infineon Technologies is a single chip device with an integrated 2.4 GHz RF transceiver, MAC, and baseband processor that fully supports the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standards. It supports IEEE 802.15.2 external 3-wire and 4-wire coexistence schemes to optimize bandwidth utilization with other co-located wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, or BT Smart. 

The device is designed to address the needs of highly mobile devices that require minimal power consumption and reliable operation. It includes a power management unit (PMU), a buck-mode switching regulator, and three low noise LDOs, that simplifies the system power topology and allows for operation directly from a rechargeable mobile platform battery while maximizing battery life. This device also supports sECI coexistence interface. It is available in a 69-bump WLBGA package that measures 4.52 x 2.92 x 0.4 mm and is ideal for Internet of Things applications and handheld wireless systems.
