The QTCC230 Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Quartz Crystal Oscillators that operate at 32.768 kHz and from 1.5 to 133.0 MHz. They provide an HCMOS-compatible square wave output with frequency stability of ±100 ppm. These oscillators have a start-up time of less than 5 ms and a rise/fall time of 5 ns. They require a DC supply of 1.8 V/2.5 V/3.3 V. These oscillators are available in hermetically-sealed surface-mount packages (optional MIL-PRF-55310 military screening) that measure 2.50 x 3.20 x 1.15 mm. They are ideal for use in gun-launched munitions and systems, low-voltage systems, smart munitions, SONET, Ethernet/SynchE, microprocessor clocks, navigation, and instrumentation applications.
