The O3 TYPE from Taiten is a Crystal Oscillator that operates from 3 to 60 MHz. It provides a CMOS output with the stability of ±50 ppm (from -40°C to +105°C) and has a duty cycle from 45 to 55%. This oscillator has a tri-state enable/disable mode, a startup time of 2 ms, and a rise/fall time of 10 ms. It requires a DC supply of 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V, consumes 15 mA of current during operation, and 10 µA of current in standby mode. The oscillator is available in a ceramic SMD package that measures 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for use in 5G smartphones, smart watches, smart homes, Internet of Things (IoT), AR/VR devices, Bluetooth, WLAN, DSC, set-top boxes and HDTV applications.
