110 to 170 GHz, 4x VNA Frequency Extender

The STE-KF406-00-S1 from Sage Millimeter is a D-Band X4 frequency extender that upconverts an input frequency of 27.5 to 42.5 GHz at 5 dBm along with harmonic generation and filtering to produce a 110 to 170 GHz RF signal at -3 dBm. The frequency extender requires a supply voltage of 12 V. It has been designed as a benchtop unit with adjustable legs to allow for an easy test set up. The AN-X3AUXXX5-X Series of SMD VCXO's operate from 60 to 128 MHz. They provide extremely an low phase noise of -171 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz with a sine-wave or CMOS output in a small surface mount FR4 based package. These VCXOs requires a 3.3/5 V supply and have low G-sensitivity of 0.2 ppb/G.

The ATT700M8G is a wideband trapezoidal log-periodic antenna that operates from 0.7 to 7.5 GHz. It provides high power handling of up to 1200 watts, nearly constant gain of 8 dBi, and wide beam widths, which are nearly equal in the E and H planes. The antenna measures 28 x 28 x 56 cm and is ideal for applications requiring large uniform field areas, such as IEC-61000-4-3, MIL-STD-461 RS103, ISO 11451-2, ISO 11452-2 and DO-160G Section 20.
