E-Band Power Amplifier from 60 to 90 GHz

The SBP-6039032012-1212-E1 from SAGE Millimeter is a power amplifier that operates from 60 to 90 GHz in the E-band. It provides a saturated output power of 16 dBm with a gain of 20 dB. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 8 VDC and consumes 250 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 1.10 x 1.50 x 0.75 inches and is ideal for radar systems, communication systems and test equipments.

50 MHz to 6 GHz Power Sensor Controlled via LAN

The NRQ6 from Rohde & Schwarz is a Frequency Selective Power Sensor that operates from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. It has a dynamic range from -130 dBm to +20 dBm and a measurement bandwidth of 100 MHz. The sensor can perform band-limited power measurements - i.e. power measurements on a selected transmission channel, down to -130 dBm. It has a trace display function and also performs ACLR measurements. The NRQ6 can be controlled via LAN and powered over Ethernet (PoE+). It is available in a module that measures 98 x 47 x 146 mm and is ideal for TX power calibration and band-limited power measurements on multistandard radios applications. 100 Watt Fixed Attenuator from DC to 3 GHz

The Model 50FHLB-xxx-100 from JFW Industries is a uni-directional 100 Watt fixed attenuator that operates DC to 3 GHz. It is available with an attenuation range of 10, 20 or 30 dB. 8 to 12 GHz, X-band Coaxial Limiter

The ACLM5022C110 from Cobham is a X-band coaxial limiter that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It can handle up to 25 Watts of CW power over the full temperature range from -55°C up to 85°C. The limiter has a flat leakage of below 15 dBm and a recovery time of 200 nsec. When operating in a small signal environment, insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB and VSWR is less than 1.5:1. It is available in a compact module with field replaceable SMA connectors and is an ideal solution for receiver protection in radar, electronic warfare (EW), electronic countermeasures (ECM), communications, and test systems. 5.2 GHz Co-Existence BAW RF Filter for Wi-Fi Applications

The AKF-1252 from Akoustis is a 5.2 GHz co-existence BAW RF filter for Wi-Fi applications. Covering both U-NII-1 and U-NII-2A pass-bands, it delivers a low insertion loss of under 2 dB with a high rejection of over 50 dB and can handle an input power of up to 32 dBm. Low Cost Custom RF Filter from 300 MHz to 2.4 GHz

The μFILTER from NuWaves is a low-cost miniature RF filter designed to allow the end user the capability to select a custom filter (Bandpass, Highpass, Low-Pass, or Band-Reject). 0.1 to 5.0 GHz Up/Down-converter Mixer with Integrated LO Buffer

The GRF7001 from Guerrilla RF is a high linearity mixer with integrated LO buffer. The mixer has an RF/IF frequency range of the mixer is 0.1 to 5.0 GHz, and the LO range is 0.1 to 4.0 GHz. It has low conversion loss and can be used as an up or down converter. The GRF7001 inputs and outputs are single-ended and internally matched to 50 ohms. The device implementation requires an external image-reject filter on the RF port, and an IF bandpass filter on the IF port. Pins 4 and 6 can be used for either RF or IF with appropriate filtering in place.

The integrated LO buffer is operated from a single positive supply of 3.0 to 5.0 V with a selectable IDDQ range of 10 to 30 mA. It is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.45 mm DFN-6 package and is ideal for transmit/receive mixer for linear and low power applications.

Cat M1/NB1 devices for IoT Applications

The ME910C1 Series from Telit are Cat M1/NB1 devices that have been specifically developed for IoT applications. They have a maximum downlink and uplink data rate in the range of 300 kbps. Low Loss High Impedance Laminates

The MAGTREX 555 from Rogers are high impedance laminates that enable antenna designers to miniaturize VHF and UHF antennas while maintaining the bandwidth achieved in a larger design. These laminates feature a closely matched X/Y axis permeability and permittivity of six and six and a half respectively, along with low magnetic and dielectric loss below 500 MHz.
