Armored Test Cables Assemblies up to 50 GHz

The SiteLine Series from MegaPhase are Armored Test Cables that operate up to 50 GHz. They provide maximum flexibility and are jacketed with a highly weather resistant outer cover. Ultra-Low-Power Bluetooth 5 SoC for Automotive Industry

The NCV-RSL10 from ON Semiconductor is an Ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5 certified SoC for the Automotive Industry that supports data rates of up to 2 Mbps. This ultra-low power SoC requires a supply voltage of 1.1 to 3.6 V and draws 4.3 mA of current in transmit mode and 2.7 mA in receive mode. It has a receive sensitivity of -94 dBm and can transmit a power from -17 to 6 dBm. The SoC has an AES128 encryption module built directly into hardware to protect device data making it ideal for secure transmissions. It can be used for a wide range of applications including keyless entry using a smartphone, active safety, diagnostic alerts, and enhanced infotainment controls. 100 kHz to 12 GHz RF/Analog Signal Generator Module

The LS1291M from Tabor is a Single Channel RF/Analog Signal Generator that operates from 100 kHz to 12 GHz. It can provide a frequency resolution of 0.001 Hz and an output power range from -20 to 15 dBm (Options to -90 dBm available). This modular signal generator supports AM, FM, PM Sweep & Pulse Modulation. It has a fast switching speed of less than 100µs and exceptionally low SSB phase noise of -145dBc/Hz at 100MHz, and -132dBc/Hz at 1GHz, at 10 kHz carrier offset.

The HPAC2500ACXXXXG from Teledyne is a compact outdoor solid state power amplifier (SSPA) that operates in the C-band (4 to 8 GHz). This SSPA has an integrated forced-air cooling system built for extreme environmental conditions and high reliability operation. 200 Watt GaN SSPA from 200 to 2500 MHz

The SSPA 0.2-2.5-200 from Aethercomm is a high power GaN solid state power amplifier that operates from 0.2 to 2.5 GHz. It provides a nominal output power of 200 watts with a small signal gain of 60 dB and a power added efficiency 35-50% (CW conditions). It requires a 50 V supply voltage for operation. This SSPA can be blanked on and off in less than 10 uSec. Standard features include reverse polarity protection, output short and open circuit protection, and over/under voltage protection. Temperature is monitored and reported by this module along with other health parameters.

This module is designed and tested to withstand MIL-STD-810 high shock and vibration requirements. USB Programmable Digital Attenuator from 10 MHz to 13 GHz

The LDA-133 Digital Attenuator from Vaunix is a bidirectional, 50 Ohm step attenuator that operates from 10 MHz to 13 GHz.
