Solid State USB Programmable Attenuator from 0.2 to 6 GHz

The 50P-2013 from JFW Industries is a solid state programmable attenuator that operates from 200 MHz to 6 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 0 to 63 dB with 1 dB steps. The attenuator has a fast switching speed of 1 micro second and can handle an input power of up to 27 dBm (33 dBm no damage). It is available in a module with SMA female connectors and a USB port for power/control.

The attenuator can be controlled using a windows based software provided by JFW industries which can be used to control the attenuation value. Users can also create test scripts which can be executed in Sequential or Synchronous mode. They also provide the option to control the USB attenuators using Python instead of our standard Windows-based test program, JFW does offer a Python library. Click here to view specs.

2 to 18 GHz 90° Hybrid Coupler

The MQS-0218 from Marki Microwave is a 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. This 3 dB coupler has an isolation of 17 dB, amplitude balance of +/- 2 dB and phase balance of +/- 3 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. 2.4 GHz Long Range (LoRA) Transceiver

The SX1281 from Semtech is a Long range, low power 2.4 GHz Wireless RF Transceiver with the linearity to withstand heavy interference. The device has an Rx sensitivity of up to -132 dBm and can transmit up to 12.5 dBm of power. It supports LoRa, FLRC, (G)FSK modulations and has excellent blocking immunity. This long range 2.4 GHz product includes multiple physical layers and modulations to optimize long range communication at high data rate for video and security applications. RF Shielded Test Enclosure from 20 MHz to 6 GHz

The HDRF-3170 from RF Electronics is a RF Shielded Test Enclosure that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. It has a thick RF absorbing foam that attenuates standing waves and reflections, providing an isolation of more than 120 dB @ 3 GHz. The enclosure has shielded power filters which can be used to power devices placed inside the enclosure while blocking all wireless signals. 60/20 Watts CW Power Amplifier from 0.7 to 18 GHz

The 60/20S1G18A from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a portable, self-contained, air-cooled, dual-band solid state power amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 18 GHz. It provides an output power of 60/20 watts CW. This amplifier has been developed for applications where high gain and linearity are required.

It has a Digital Control Panel (DCP) which allows both local and remote control of the amplifier. The digital display on the front panel indicates control status and reports of internal amplifier status. High Power Switch LNA Module from 1.850 to 2.025 GHz

The QPB9320 from Qorvo is a front end module developed for TDD macro or picocell base stations that operate from 1.850 to 2.025 GHz. This FEM integrates RF functional blocks such as a pin-diode based high power switch that can handle up to 52 Watts with an LTE signal (8 dB PAR) along with two LNA stages. This Switch/LNA module has a pin diode driver and dc-dc converter circuits integrated into the module and thus requires a single 5 V supply. The TA50R0-250-31X from Barry Industries is an AIN flanged chip termination that operates from 4.8 to 15 GHz. The AMP1122BH from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. This amplifier has been developed using linear hybrid GaAs and GaN design. The C2409 from Copper Mountain Technologies is a 4-port modular vector network analyzer that operates from 100 kHz to 9 GHz. The VNA can measure all S parameters S11, S12, S21, S22, S44 and can be controlled using any Windows PC or laptop. It has a dynamic range of up to 162 dB (1Hz IF BW), directivity of 46 dB and sweep speeds of as low as 10 microseconds per point.
