37/39 GHz Silicon 5G Tx Quad Core IC

The AWMF-0144 is a highly integrated silicon quad-core Tx IC intended for 5G phased array applications. It supports four radiating elements, includes 5-bit phase control and 5-bit gain control for analog RF beam steering. The IC provides +12 dBm output power and includes gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, Tx power telemetry, and fast beam switching using on-chip beam weight storage registers. The BM831 from Berex is a High IIP3 GaAs MMIC Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 0.7 to 1.4 GHz and IF Frequency from 50 to 210 MHz. This high linearity mixer has an integrated LO Amplifier that provides an LO driver from -2 to + 2 dBm. The mixer has an IIP3 of 31.7 dBm and a conversion loss of 8.8 dB.
