5.2 GHz Co-Existence BAW RF Filter for Wi-Fi Applications

The AKF-1252 from Akoustis is a 5.2 GHz co-existence BAW RF filter for Wi-Fi applications. Covering both U-NII-1 and U-NII-2A pass-bands, it delivers a low insertion loss of under 2 dB with a high rejection of over 50 dB and can handle an input power of up to 32 dBm. Pulsed Power Amplifier Module for L-band Avionic Systems

The IGNP1011L2400 from Integra is a GaN-on-SiC power amplifier module/pallet that operates from 1030 to 1090 MHz. This power amplifier has been designed specifically for IFF/SSR systems operating under either Mode S ELM (48x {32µs on, 18µs off}, 6.4% Long Term Duty Cycle) or standard Mode S (128µs, 2% Duty Cycle) pulse conditions. SMT Frequency Synthesizers from 50 to 4500 MHz

The ZLX Series from EM Research are fixed frequency synthesizers that operate from 50 to 4500 MHz. The synthesizers provide an output power of up to 7 dBm and require an external reference of 10 MHz. The synthesized signal has a low phase noise with harmonics less than -20 dBc. The synthezisers require a supply voltage of 5 V and draw a current of less than 65 mA. The 2223 from Empower RF is a single band solid-state GaN system amplifier that operates from 0.6 to 6 GHz. It is capable of delivering more than 150 watts of output power with a power gain of over 53 dB. The amplifier is suitable for multi-octave bandwidth high power CW, modulated, and pulse applications. 8.5 to 10.5 GHz GaN Transmit / Receive Module

The QPM1002 is a GaN MMIC front-end module that operates from 8.5 to 10.5 GHz. The MMIC has a T/R switch, low-noise amplifier, and a power amplifier. The receive path provides a gain of 25 dB with a low noise figure of 2.2 dB. The transmit path provides a small signal gain of 33 dB, it can deliver 3 W of saturated power with a PAE of 32%, with a 25 dB of large signal gain. The FEM can handle up to 2 W of input power into the ANT port eliminating the need for a limiter.

The T1254 from Greenray Industries is a TCXO that operates from 10 to 50 MHz. It requires a supply voltage of 5 V and has a CMOS output. 10 MHz to 20 GHz RF Synthesizer Module

The HSM18001B from Holzworth Instrumentation is a RF synthesizer module that operates from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. This microwave CW source is architected on a non-PLL based platform. The digital-analog hybrid design provides excellent phase noise performance and spurious response, which compliment the phase coherent nature of these digital-analog hybrid signal sources.

The MQS-0418 from Marki Microwave is a MMIC Quadrature [90 degrees] Hybrid Coupler that operates from 4 to 18 GHz. The hybrid coupler has an isolation of 16 dB, amplitude balance of 0.4 dB and phase balance of +/- 0.5 degrees.
